Where it is stored
Production data is hosted in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2) with encryption at rest. Limited operational telemetry may be processed by contracted providers for product analytics and error monitoring.
How long we keep it
Audit records are retained for as long as Australian record-keeping law requires. Pre-approval documents are retained only for verification, audit, compliance, and dispute purposes. The retention schedule — the period for each record class and the legal basis for it — is being settled with our lawyers and will be published here before public launch.
