1. Who we are
Bidline Pty Ltd (ACN 698 484 847, ABN registration in progress) operates a verified off-market property exchange for agents and pre-approved buyers. Bidline is a marketplace facilitator, not a real estate agent, auctioneer, lawyer, financial adviser, or escrow provider.
2. Verification
Every account is reviewed by Bidline. We may reject an application if we cannot verify identity, licence, agency relationship, or buyer pre-approval evidence.
3. No money flows through Bidline
Bidline does not process deposits, escrow, settlement, or property transaction funds. Money flows happen off-platform through the parties' lawyers or conveyancers.
4. Compliance
Users must comply with applicable Australian property, consumer, privacy, and electronic messaging laws. Pre-approved buyers may not bid above their verified pre-approval amount.
5. Audit trail
We retain audit records for as long as Australian law requires for agent record-keeping, compliance, dispute, and regulator-response purposes.
